Welcome to the School Council page.
The School Council represents all the children at Southcott. Each class has their own representative with Year 4 having two representatives per class.
Our School Council helps to look after the school and supports charities. We vote each year for which charity we are going to support. We hold fundraising events for our chosen charity and support other charities such as the Poppy Appeal and Children in Need.
This year School Council have chosen to support Whipsnade Zoo by adopting a penguin and a red panda. We will donate remaining funds to ZSL to support their conservation work around the world.
We held a toy sale in Autumn term and raised £100 and are having a Doughnut Day in Spring term!
