Phonics

In Reception and Key Stage 1 children have daily phonics sessions. In September 2022, we introduced a new scheme: Bug Club Phonics. 

 

Bug Club Phonics meets 100% of the DfE criteria for teaching systematic synthetic phonics and provides everything needed to help children succeed in early reading.
