Whipsnade Trip
To celebrate our wonderful learning about animals around the world, we took a trip to Whipsnade Zoo. Children in Reception enjoyed visiting the chimps, giraffes, zebras, cheetahs and flamingos. They also enjoyed the Sea Lion Show where we learnt all about looking after the ocean and why sea lions are different to seals. After a picnic lunch on the grass we enjoyed watching the Birds of the World Show. As a fabulous finish to our trip we took a tour through the tropical butterfly house.
We all had a brilliant day! Thank you to the mummies and daddies who came along to help :)
